This class is for those who have chosen to give birth at home, and are wanting to dive deep into all things home birth to feel thoroughly prepared - not only in readying the birth space, but mentally, physically and emotionally too. We will work together over 3 sessions to build a solid foundation of knowledge - about birth, about your body, and about how you and your baby work together as a team. We take time to tune in and encourage a deep awareness of yourself and your baby, and a belief and trust in the process of birth. We will cover all the logistics and common worries - no, it’s not that messy! - and set you and your partner up to feel confident and excited about welcoming your baby.
