Birth in the Bay Area

A single session designed to discuss the many options you have for giving birth in the Bay Area. Great for newly pregnant folks, or those planning for pregnancy and birth, this 60 minute session will cover your choices for birth place and care providers, and go deep on the pros and cons, benefits and limitations of each.

This session is a great starting point to help you figure out what is important to you in terms of how and where you birth your baby, and is personalized dependent on where you live and what your insurance will cover. This session helps tame the feeling of overwhelm that can happen after the initial “I’m pregnant!”

After the session, I will provide a personalized summary document with everything we have chatted about, plus suggestions for further exploration.
